We’re consistently enhancing the features of CyberList Manager
– usually prompted by suggestions from clients who are using
it. Whenever there’s an upgrade available, we’ll notify
you with an explanation of its benefits. Most upgrades are offered
for just a small fee. You can select as many upgrades as you want. |

How often should I be sending mass e-mails to people? |
A.
Frequency is a difficult balancing act. The dramatic results provided
by mass
e-mailing makes it tempting to send often. However, prospects and
customers can get tired quickly of constant e-mails. Frequency must
be dictated by the willingness or desire of the prospect/customer
to receive them.
A golfer who “opts in” to be part of a “Last Minute
Club” that gets sent e-mail notification of tee-time cancellations
in prime season may welcome e-mail messages several times a week.
A golfer who simply wants to be on the club’s newsletter mailing
list may find anything more than once a month to be irritating.
The rule is “don’t push it.” Timely offers that benefit

How many records can CyberList Manager accommodate? |

While there is no minimum or maximum limit to the database, CyberList
Manager works best for databases in the 1,000 to 25,000 range. |

We host (or have another company) hosting our website.
Can we still use CyberList Manager? |
| A.
Yes. We’ll design, program and host only the Guestbook with
CyberList Manager on our secure server and create a frameset for
importing it into your site. It will be entirely transparent to
the visitors as if it were on your site. |

Is the information in your database secure? |
| A.
Absolutely
secure. We’ve built a high level of firewall protection to
prevent penetration from outside. In addition, we provide an affidavit
stating that your data will never be used, sold or manipulated in
any way not authorized in writing by you. |
